Treatment of bacterial infections.
COMPOSITION :
Each ml contains:
Fosfomycin sodium…………………100 mg
Tylosin………..……………………..…….50 mg
Ketoprofen……………………………….30 mg
INDICATION :
Forloxin is recommended as an aid in the treatment of bacterial infections of poultry and pigs, cattle susceptible to the action of fosfomycin and tylosin.
DOSAGE :
Intramuscular injection for 3-5 consecutive days.
- Poultry: 1ml/10kg of bw/day.
- Pigs: 1ml/10-15kg of bw/day.
- Cattle: 1ml/20-25kg of bw/day.
- Dog, cats: 1ml/10kg of bw/day.
Withdrawal time: 5 days before slaughter.
CONSERVATION :
Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
