Loxic for Dog

Each ml contains

Meloxicam……………….0.9 mg

Exp. qs………………………..1 ml

Loxic for dog is the latest non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, has anti-inflammatory, anti-secretory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects. Used in the following cases:

Dogs: Treatment of osteoarthritis, and pain and inflammation reduction after surgery. Support treatment in respiratory tract infections, and/or pneumonia.

Cats: Postoperative pain relief.

Dogs:  

- Treatment of osteoarthritis: 1 ml/4.5 kg body weight, subcutaneous injection, a single dose.

- Postoperative pain relief: 1 ml/4.5 kg body weight, intravenous or subcutaneous injection, a single dose before surgery (at the time of anesthesia or sedation).

- Supportive treatment of pneumonia, and/or respiratory tract infections: 1 ml/4.5 kg body weight, subcutaneous injection, a single dose. If necessary, a second dose can be injected after 24 hours.

Cats:  

Postoperative pain relief: 1 ml/3 kg body weight, subcutaneously, a single dose before surgery (at the time of anesthesia or sedation).  

Cautions:  

- Do not exceed the recommended dose.

- For cats, do not use products containing Meloxicam or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for the next treatment, due to being unsafe.

Store in a cool dry place, below 30^oC. Protect from light.
