Treatment of respiratory diseases
Each ml contains:
Bromhexine hydrochloride......................... 3 mg
Methyl parahydrobenzoate...................... 0.7 mg
Propyl Parahydroxybenzoate................... 0.3 mg
As an aid to the treatment of respiratory disease in cattle, goats, sheep, and pigs, where mucus is a complicating factor.
Administered by intramuscular route.
- Cattle: 17ml/ 100kg bodyweight, once a day for 5 consecutive days. (equal to 0.5mg bromhexine hydrochloride/kg body weight).
- Pigs, goats, sheep: 7-17ml/100kg body weight, once a day for 5 consecutive days. Maximum dose at one site: 20ml cattle, 10ml pigs.
Withdrawal period:
Meat and Offal: Cattle and Pigs: 28 days
Not away permitted for use in cows producing milk for human consumption.
Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
