Specific treatment of respiratory disease for pets

Each vial (4.5 g) contains:
Azithromycin dihydrate...................800 mg
适应症 :
Treatment of infections of the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, urogenital tract and secondary infections caused by virus and/or bacteria in poultry, dogs and cats
用法用量 :
Mixed with 17 mL drinking water and shake well. Each mL of suspension containing 40 mg Azithromycin.
Oral administration, 7-10 days continuously, or follow the directions of a veterinarian.
- Dogs: 1mL / 4 kg bw, once a day.
- Cats: 1mL / 2 kg bw, once a day.
- Fighting cock: 1mL / 2 kg bw, once a day.
CAUTIONS:
- After mixing, keep the suspension in the refrigerator and use within 5 day
- The duration of therapy should not exceed 30 days. After 5 days of treatment, if the symptoms do not improve, the case should be re-evaluated.

Store in a dry place not exceeding 30oC. Protect from moisture.
